Brandy Vaughan’s (misnamed) “last interview”

If it is true that she had been unwell prior to her death on December 7th 2020, then it would seem plausible that Brandy Vaughan might indeed have given no more interviews after September 2020. So, IF one took the publication date of the original at face value (20th Sept 2020), then perhaps someone putting “The Last Interview Sept 2020” in the thumbnail is understandable.

BUT… this interview was actually recorded some 9 months earlier on, or around December 5th 2019. We know this because Brandy Vaughan herself live-streamed some of it on Facebook.

As the pandemic was not declared until March 2020, this at least explains why there isn’t a single mention of COVID in the entire interview.

But still unexplained – and a glaring omission in Sheilah Mitchell’s introduction – is why the publication of this interview was delayed until September 2020?!

Jonathan Jay Couey continues to open my eyes.

He recently began exploring legal language and strategies that would seem both

  1. obvious, and
  2. promising.

Yet, somehow, prominent lawyers such as Robert F. Kennedy Jnr., Mary Holland and Aaron Siri won’t discuss them – even if such discussion were solely for the purposes of discounting them.

In this 27min section of his October 22nd stream, Couey summarised some of his insights and ideas – and asked for lawyers to fact-check his understanding so, even if he’s wrong, at least “we would make progress”

Children’s Health Defense defeats New York State healthcare workers COVID mandate

In a groundbreaking decision filed today, NY State (NYS) Supreme Court Judge Gerard Neri held that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers is now “null, void, and of no effect.” The court held that the NYS Dept. of Health lacked the authority to impose such a mandate as this power is reserved to the state legislature. Furthermore, the court found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious” as COVID-19 vaccines do not stop transmission, vitiating any rational basis for a mandate.
