The judge’s remarks and media coverage reminded him of his own legal proceedings.
One of the most frustrating things about the case brought by Gemma O’Doherty and me in April 2020 was that we had no effective way of getting into the public realm the actual detail of what we had submitted to the court, so that a pincer movement of judge and journaliar2His term for mainstream journalists was able utterly to misrepresent the nature and content of our case, and deprive the public of its right to know what was actually being asserted. For this reason, I wish to do what I can to put into the public domain the true facts of this case, so that people can at least make up their own minds. I urge those who have even an inkling of what is happening here to do what they can to ensure that the establishment is unable to pull the same trick a second time. I accordingly request that anyone reading this who has access to social media platforms and, yes, ‘blogs’ or ‘internet sites’, or any other way of circumventing the corrupt legacy media hegemony, might consider putting this article out with all possible expedition, so as to ensure that as many people as possible come to understand what is happening here.

Interestingly… when first published on April 19 the article was titled “Doctor’s death…“. By April 20 it was “Psychologist’s death…“
Stephen Wright, an NHS employee in south-east London, died 10 days after his first dose in January 2021, senior coroner Andrew Harris found.
Dr Wright, 32, suffered a blood clot to the brain after receiving the vaccine.
His wife Charlotte has been trying to get the “natural causes” wording on her husband’s death certificate changed.
She is pursuing legal action against the pharmaceutical company, along with dozens of other people…
Dr Wright suffered from a combination of a brainstem infarction, bleed on the brain and “vaccine-induced thrombosis”, the inquest heard. His condition rapidly worsened, but the nature of the bleed meant he was unfit for surgery.
After the inquest, Mrs Wright, from Sevenoaks in Kent, said: “It was made clear that Stephen was [previously] fit and healthy and that his death was by vaccination of AstraZeneca. For us, it allows us to be able to continue our litigation against AstraZeneca. This is the written proof.”

The most important thing in such situations is to remain calm and level-headed. Fear is the greatest enemy mankind has.

In a groundbreaking decision filed today, NY State (NYS) Supreme Court Judge Gerard Neri held that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers is now “null, void, and of no effect.” The court held that the NYS Dept. of Health lacked the authority to impose such a mandate as this power is reserved to the state legislature. Furthermore, the court found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious” as COVID-19 vaccines do not stop transmission, vitiating any rational basis for a mandate.

Scared people can be lethal – especially if deriving psychological security from just following orders. Stephanie Warriner’s tragic death (killing?), a case in point.
Legal consequences for those directly involved in the incident?
None, apparently.
Because a judge quashed the case… “despite the available video footage, two security staff who testified the accused placed weight on her upper body while she was held chest down, a forensic pathologist who testified Warriner would still be alive had she not been restrained that day — and revelations one of the guards admitted he falsely claimed Warriner threw the first punch.”

Sitting in the hospital lobby she committed the terrible anti-science crime of wearing her mask around her neck.
… People have been told that useless masks will stop people transmitting a virus. There’s no need to go into the science of it but let’s put it this way, an asbestos removal man doesn’t wear a loose piece of cloth to stop him getting lung cancer.
Sadly, Stephanie died on 27 May, 16 days after the incident…
… lost her life because of anti-science. Anti-science, together with fear, made people believe that the world would end if a piece of cloth was not worn on one’s face correctly. It also gave the power-hungry an excuse to target people who were just minding their own business.
