Hidden treasures in the forgotten history of vaccination intramuscular injection
Below is a playlist highlighting some of what Mark Kulacz found and archived when he started digging into the history of vaccination. Things like:
- agricultural and morphine users were the inspiration for the change from scarification to intramuscular injection
- farmers were once instructed to NOT inject vaccines into chicken muscles
- reports of polio increased in line with the increased use of intramuscular injection
- the much-lauded “lipo-vaccine” probably contributed significantly to the Spanish Flu of 1918 – before its quiet withdrawal…

Mark Kulacz uncovered, explored and shared this history in less than a month – history which both vaccine skeptics and its proponents seem unaware of despite decades of research and campaigning.
Both camps also seem unaware that the method of delivery of a vaccine (intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, intravenous injection, inhalation or ingestion) could be important.
Why it matters
Kulacz’s explorations were inspired by Jonathan Jay Couey’s statement “intramuscular injection of any combination of substances with the intent of augmenting the immune system is dumb”, So here’s a few words from Couey to set the scene:
